Want to buy a Candice Olson-designed home?? Now’s your chance!! There’s a loft for sale at 21 Earl Street (just east of Jarvis, north of Wellesley) in Toronto. You can check out the MLS listing here.
Candice designed the loft for photographer Brandon Barré (you can read my interview with Brandon here). You might remember seeing Candice transform Brandon’s loft on an episode of Divine Design…
Not on the market for a Toronto loft?? That’s OK, if you’re in the GTA, you can still drop by during the open house this weekend (Saturday and Sunday from 2:00PM–4:00PM) and check out Candice’s work in person :-)
Not in Toronto?? Well, I can’t help you out there ;-) But I CAN show you some pics of Brandon’s beautiful loft :-)
I seem to recall that there’s a water feature above the fireplace…
Love the huge artwork. Go big or go home!!
It’s nice to see appliances that aren’t stainless steel for a change!!
If you go to the open house, I’d love to hear what you think of the loft. And if you buy the loft, I want to be your new BFF!! ;-)

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful loft! It is my dream to own one one day, but for now, I'll have to stick with my townhouse. I bet it has quite a hefty price tag!
LOVE It! Wish I was in TO so I could see in person. I love the wall colours - I'm going to have to research those colours!
Great post Kelly!
Wow sooo wish I was in Toronto this weekend. I haven't seen that episode but she's one of my favorites and I LOVE this loft!!!
I definitely remember this episode. Why on earth is he selling? I just read the interview. Great stuff!
Fabulous and yes the art is perfect. Love to see it stacked high, drawing your eye upward to see the grand scale of the loft!!

I love the work that Candace does. She is one of our most talented designers. It is a beautiful loft!! Cheers, Susan :)
Very interesting fireplace/wall detail. I especially like the mirror behind those shelves. It makes it seem like it could be a room divider and the spaces just goes on forever! Such a good trick in a small space
Our Candace sure pays attention to the details. This is one gorgeous space!
I'll take it! Candice Olson is my fav. on HGTV :)
I remember this episode. She is one talented designer.
Love this post, Kelly ! Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures..I love how the kitchen seems so usable and homely, and not too staged.
Candice is my favorite! How cool would it be to live in a space that she had designed?!
Thank you for this lovely piece of eye candy :)
Wouldn't it be nice? Candice really does have her own style..Rachaelxx
