If you watched this week’s episode of HGTV’s Top 10, you saw this room with a view at #1:
The long & low horizontal fireplace is my favourite part of the space. The circular coved ceiling above the dining table is a close second. Who wouldn’t want to dine at that table, with the gorgeous view right out the windows?!
This two-storey penthouse suite is situated in the Coal Harbour area of Vancouver and was designed by Ledingham Design Consultants. Here are a couple of shots of the master ensuite (doesn’t seem right to call it a bathroom!!):
A few more pics from Ledingham projects…

Me too I love the fireplace in the first and fifth pictures. - Marie
Oh! Well...Ledingham is a living legend in Vancouver. I am not always in love with what he does but certainly he has great style and definetely a "signature".
The second bathroom is my favourite.
Really cool project. I saw it yesterday on tv. I am so addicted to HGTV Top Ten - We made it for the games rooms - I can't wait to see our project there - sorry for bragging I am just so proud (lol)
I saw Mr. Ledingham in an upholstery place in our design walk yesterday...always sharply dressed! He looks like his interiors.
There is certainly a Ledingham look of carmel, cream and black, but he looks like he has gone out of the box with these projects.
Thaks for sharing Victoria!
BTW...the Gawdy classic interior was also in Vancouver, at the Kingswood.
Did I mention I love this show? I need to learn to pause it, to take a closer look at the interiors.
Ciao,

This has to be number 1 :)
It is BEAUTIFUL
I assumed that is a Donghia piece in the bathroom???
HGTV's Top 10 is addictive!! I loved just about every room with a view on this week's episode. I found another one of the Vancouver rooms online, which I'll post soon. And I'm trying to find more :-)
I love the second bathroom too -- that half-circle window if just too cool!!
Ivan, I can't wait to see the games room your group designed!! Brag about it all you want!! :-)

Oh, Tareq, I'm not familiar with Donghia :-( I just went to their web site -- beautiful stuff!!
What piece are you referring to??
Kelly
Great pictures and great design!!! Dont we live in a beautiful city.
Happy Easter to you.
Patricia
The view of the Cityscape is magnificent as is the design, but would I want to live in these spaces; the answer is No. Too industrial and impersonal for my liking. (To each their own.)
Hi, the subject fireplace. Who is the manufacture?
Secondly, how do it vent to the exterior of the unit?
