I think I found the perfect turquoise

I popped into Lowes this morning to check out Sarah Richardson’s colour collection for PARA. Seeing as I was in the paint section anyway, I picked up some turquoise & green chips… and I think I found the perfect turquoise for the front door :-) I was actually planning to paint the door next summer, but I might have to just go ahead and do it now, because I LOVE this colour!!

It’s Sea Breeze EB8-2 from the Eddie Bauer Lakeside Cottage collection:

Here’s how it looks against the grey & white bricks:

Is it a YES?

So pretty! I love it! It's fun being different. Mine door is yellow and I'm the only one in the neighborhood with one.

Love it, it looks fabulous against the brick. DO IT! Can't wait to see the end result. Kat (ps - how many layers of paint does your door have? Just asking for future reference. I want to be able to tell DH that you can safely have up to ____ layers of paint on the door :)

How could a colour that luscious be a bad thing - I say go for it! What a statement you'll make - you'll have the most beautiful, not to mention on-trend, house in the street! Right, off with you, your door awaits, and so do we - we need to see those after pics, pronto! K xx
