I saw this beautiful chandelier at Backyard & Veranda in Bedford, NS:
I want it!! But Cheapohubby (seriously, that’s his name) refuses to pay $1,400.00 for it. Yeah, OK, it’s probably over-priced — but it’s so shiny and sparkly and pretty!! And it would look fantastic in our entry!!
If you’ve seen a chandelier like it for a more reasonable price (Cheapohubby says $140 would be acceptable — he’s incorrigible!!) please let me know.
Also, if you’re good at math, I need you to do my Drafting homework for me ;-)

Sorry, Kelly ~ I stink at math. Nice chandelier! Very different; I don't think I've seen anything like it before. Have you looked at Lamps Plus or Bellacor?
I'm no help with math, either, but this chandelier is so cool! Good luck with your homework. :-)
Oh, I really, really like that! Your husband Cheapohubby must be related to mine - Sir Tightwad of Georgetown! Whenever we go out shopping he calls me "Diamond Lil" because I always gravitate to the most expensive thing in the shop. I tell him to be glad that it shows what exquisite taste I have - I married him lol. And sorry, no go on the math here either. Just typing the word makes me cringe! Good luck. Kathy
You are so funny! $1400 no way! I'm on board with your husband on this one :)
I would want it too :)
wow, I think that is a gorgeous take on a modern chandelier, i can see why you want one. Is it worth the $$$, maybe...
Agreed, it's beautiful, but $1400 does seem like a pretty penny.
Not sure I can help with the homework, but I do have an award to offer you, if you'd care to come on over to Struggling to be Stylish to collect it.
Damn, now I want it, too. Hmpf.
Put me down for two (wish**) ~ so lovely Kelly!
Kelly, we did almost exactly the same post today! OMG, now I'm scared!
I want to know if hubby knows his nickname!
It is a beatiful fixture Kelly! Have you considered purchasing something cheaper and having it metal plated? IF so, do a websearch:
Gary's Custom Cycle. (Choice of finishes --
chrome, nickel, black nickel, copper, antique copper and gold. It is located in Ottawa.) OR....for a faux finish, a coat of chrome spray paint with a wax finish might be might a 'frugal' alternative. :)
Also, I shall check with my son as he is friends with an Artisan who specializes in the creation of lighting fixtures. (He's verrrry expensive though.) I'll email you with the info.
Oh, hope you 'aced' the drafting homework.
