I'm so sorry! I lost my beloved cat, Star, around Christmas 2008 and still cry about it at times. I know how devastating it is to lose a pet, especially when they have been a part of your life for a long time. My thoughts and prayers are with you!
Oh my kelly, im so very sorry that Kylie has left. I know you have already experienced the loss of furbabies, and its never gets any easier. Its still so fresh in my heart with Mr. Sandy, that your post just breaks my heart so much. take care kelly and take comfort in knowing you had such a wonderful life with you and your husband. hugs janet
Oh I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Pets are family. I hope you and your family are finding solace in each other, with Kylie is in heaven. Big hugs, my friend.
Kelly, I'm so sorry. I know how difficult this decision is, I truly, truly do. But I know that you did what was best for Kylie, even if it may not have felt the best for you. And that is the greatest gift that we can give our furbabies. Hugs, Kathy
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Oh Kelly - so very sorry to hear about Kylie. Our pets are such important parts of our lives and bring us so much love. Please take comfort in the fact that you gave her a wonderful life.
How wonderful for you to be blessed with Kylie. She knows your strength she loved your heart. No mistake about what a wonderful life your family has had together. May you continue to be blessed by her presence. I know you and your family will always love her and Kylie knows it too. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
Oh Kelly, I am so very sorry. I know how incredibly painful this is. Kylie was so fortunate to have been in your life and you in his. Words, I know, don't ease the pain and grief you're feeling. Just know that so many of us fully understand how painful and difficult this is.
Animals are so precious to our families and it is always heart breaking when they leave our lives. Kylie must of had the best life with you so cherish all the memories and know that she was indeed the best loved dog on this earth.
Thinking of you always even when I am not blogging often...
