I have something REALLY COOL to share with our DesignTies readers!!
But before you scroll down to see WHAT I have to share, I have a question to ask. Have you entered our Valentine’s Day Giveaway? You could WIN this lovely necklace and earrings set, beautifully designed by Melanie Roy from…
I’ll wait right here while you do that :-)
Are you back? Excellent!! Now…
Some of you may remember that Kelly is in the middle of a kitchen remodel. I know she’s working hard and is on the final push to get things done… if we’re lucky, she’ll share her transformation in the next week or so!
Back in early December, though, she was was busy teasing us about what colour she and her husband compromised on to to paint their kitchen cabinets! She gave our DesignTies readers 5 choices – 5 colours that she and B debated themselves. Which ever reader guessed the chosen, compromised colour was entered into a draw to win – and I quote - “a mystery prize. A little Christmas gift from us to you :-)”
Well… the colour that B & Kelly painted their cabinets was Edgecomb Gray and the reader that won the draw was Maria from Colour Me Happy. But That was back on December 10th!!
Poor Maria! You see, because Maria and I live in the same city (Kelly is waaaay across the country!), we thought it was best if I made our gift arrangements and delivery. Makes sense, hey? The thing is… life & work stuff got in the way :-( Christmas… my client’s Patti’s bathroom remodel… stuff!
But finally… last night(!)… I gave Maria her gift!!
Knowing that one of Maria’s favourite colours was orange we chose a photo of a beautiful flower, had a matte specially cut to fit and dropped it into a simple frame.
It looks beautiful!!
Maria tells me that she loves it!!
Now it’s YOUR turn to win something lovely from DesignTies… be sure to enter our Valentine’s Day Giveaway!!
