me too - i like that rug - this would be very nice in a kid's room or even in a modern dining room as an eyecatcher depending on the furniture of course. I also like the sofa in the last picture. Everything else is a bit too loud for my taste - the pattern on the chairs is too big and too prominent to really look good. A smaller pattern would perhaps do it. But the idea of this design is great!
This type of seating would certainly shake up a doctor's waiting/reception room! I find it interesting, but not something I'd be able to look at day in and day out myself. I almost forgot who did this post, until I scrolled down and saw the purple! :) That should be your signature, Kelly. A little something purple in every design {even if you don't see it at first glance}.
I'll take one of the chairs please! Any of these pieces will inject life in a room. Some can too be loud, for instance the couch. But who knows, done in the right way, as a focal point in a neutral canvas...
A bit too bold for me, but in Milan during Design Week I have seen gorgeous pixels on Missoni Home rugs and sofas. Pixels are definetely a big part of our life.
It's kind of weird...but I like it!! I'm especially a fan of the rug!

ReplyDeleteI agree with you guys! The rug is doable but the other items a bit too loud for me!
ReplyDeleteInteresting, but I don't think I'd like it in my house!
