I'm usually a bold color kind of girl myself, but these rooms are so yummy I just might switch over. ;) Very nice rooms - great inspiration. I wonder though, how did pastel colors become associated with Easter?
Great timing! My three year olds preschool class was actually learning about pastel colours yesterday, I may have to print off your post and send it along with him for show and tell next week!
Not normally a pastel girl at all, but all beautiful rooms. I think you gotta go with pastels that are a little "dirty" so they don't feel like an Easter egg! :)
Speaking of which, back in my University days, I ran a painting company. We once painted a home where the owner insisted on total Easter-egg inspired colours for each room, with the trim painted a darker version of the walls....pastel purple with darker purle trim, minty green with darker green trim, pale yellow with daffodil trim, etc. I still feel sick thinking about it.
Totally loving the pastels... great round up of wonderful inspiring pictures. The fabric on that roman shade in the first image is amazing... love love. Loving the wallpaper in a couple of those rooms too!
Very beautiful rooms! I never thought I would have liked it, but I actually like the pastel pinks in some of these rooms! I love how soft and pretty they are, they really say spring! I hope you guys have a wonderful and happy Easter, enjoy the long weekend :)
What a pretty round-up of rooms. Love the first one and the one from Glamourous Interiors. Have a Happy Easter and a wonderful weekend.
